What we keep

When you reserve an item, make an offer, ask a question on this site, email shop@lucas.biz or message our Facebook Page, we keep your name, how to reach you (your email or your Messenger chat) and what you wrote. We use it only to answer you and arrange pickup. To stop spam we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address and the date, instead of the address itself.

Who sees it

• The family running the sale.
• An AI assistant writes many of our replies. It is Claude, made by Anthropic. It reads your message and the list of items to write a reply, and hands anything it can't answer to one of us.
• The site runs on Cloudflare. A copy of each email also goes to our Gmail, which Google runs. Facebook messages pass through Meta.

We never sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Deleting your data

Email shop@lucas.biz or message our Facebook Page with "delete my data". We delete your messages and contact details and reply to confirm. Otherwise we delete them once the sale is over.
